His Professional Degree in Interior Design from Purdue University has proved to be invaluable in his specialization in the field of restaurant design. Since entering the industry in 1992 as an AutoCad draftsman, Jeff has been involved in more than four hundred projects starting with a blank piece of paper to lighting of the pilot lights of the ranges for the Ansul test. During these years, he has held every design related position within various firms, eventually becoming the Owner of CMA in 2013. His projects have ranged from food trucks to 6,000 square foot kitchens for casinos, and everything in between. Using his degree in interior design allows him to understand what the design team is trying to achieve on the project as a whole, and how the equipment layout and flow will dovetail into the design process. Jeff is a “boots on the ground” type of project manager and is involved in every step of the project.
